  Overall great customer support and quick to pick up and drop off the rentals. Had the bottom of the car cover fall off, and was quickly given a different car, plus both cars were clean from the start.

  Terrible! Some of my family rented a 15 passenger van and because of this company’s incompetence they received one that would not go over 5 miles an hour. My daughter then had to drive her husband to Nashville to supposedly get a working van but all the had were small cars. Nothing was done to provide them with the van they had rented for their trip to visit family. I suggest to everyone to find a better more organized car rental company or you may find yourself as disappointed as my daughter and her family was.
