I could not have asked for a better experience! The next morning I left on my trip I noticed the car did not ride smooth, it became worse as the trip went on. The windshild washer on the drivers side was split and flapping on the edge of the windshield. When the sun went down there was a film on the entire windshield that made it difficult to see out of. I tried cleaning it but nothing helped. It was a 12 hour trip with pouring rain 99% of the time. I was able to exchange the car for the trip back. That went very well. I was given one of the best driving cars I have ever rented. When I turned the car in I had to wait about an hour. I told the agent that the manager had mentioned to me to be sure to let them know that I was the one who had to exchange the car so they could make it up to me. The agent totally ignored my comment. Then he proceeded to tell my no one could drive me home. I had only been in the town for a week and did not know anyone. It wasn't so much the message as the attitude of the agent. I was also told that if I kept the car until someone could drive me home I would have to pay for another 2 day difference. I am 74 years old and have been renting from Enterprise for decades.This rental was not one I would ever want to experience again.

When I spoke to the young lady at the office although polite, could have cared less of my issues. Trying to write anyone above the front desk is showing to be impossible. Until this experience.
