    Excellent experience at Enterprise on NW Broad Street in Murfreesboro. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the entire rental process quick and easy. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and exactly what I needed. Drop-off was just as smooth. Highly recommend this location for great service and reliability.

    While I dont agree with all of their policies and added costs are everywhere, the gentleman helping us was very polite and professional. Rented a car for a week. On top of a $300 deposit, to add a driver was an additional $105 plus tax. Ive rented from Enterprise for at least 20 years and never had to pay a deposit before. Guess I'll be trying different rental agencies in the future

    Excellent customer service! David, the manager, is super and talked with me when I initially signed up for the mini-van and when I turned it back in. He has outstanding customer service skills and was really professional. I also interacted with Abbey who signed out the car to me, and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, explaining everything about the mini-van. Sed drove me home and he was extremely courteous and professional, a very nice young man. Overall, a super car rental experience! Great store, and I will definitely rent another vehicle from David and his crew the next time the need arises.
