  While I dont agree with all of their policies and added costs are everywhere, the gentleman helping us was very polite and professional. Rented a car for a week. On top of a $300 deposit, to add a driver was an additional $105 plus tax. Ive rented from Enterprise for at least 20 years and never had to pay a deposit before. Guess I'll be trying different rental agencies in the future

  Excellent customer service! David, the manager, is super and talked with me when I initially signed up for the mini-van and when I turned it back in. He has outstanding customer service skills and was really professional. I also interacted with Abbey who signed out the car to me, and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, explaining everything about the mini-van. Sed drove me home and he was extremely courteous and professional, a very nice young man. Overall, a super car rental experience! Great store, and I will definitely rent another vehicle from David and his crew the next time the need arises.

  If there were an Olympic sport for customer service, all the guys at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Murfreesboro, TN would be bringing home the gold — every. single. time. These guys hustle and I appreciate all they do to get me in and out quickly. From the moment I walk in, it’s like a scene from Cheers — everybody knows my name, and somehow, they also remember that I prefer a midsize with Bluetooth and good cupholders (priorities, right?). They’re always upbeat, professional, and somehow manage to make the whole “car rental” thing feel less like an errand and more like catching up with friends who just happen to have a lot of cars. These guys don’t just hand you keys — they hand you hope, on four freshly washed wheels. The cars are spotless, the pickup process is smooth, and the drop-off is so easy I half expect confetti to fall from the ceiling. It’s rare these days to find a team that actually cares, but this crew? They set the standard. Whether it’s finding the perfect ride, helping with last-minute changes, or just being genuinely friendly (without the fake “corporate smile”), they crush it every time. If you’re in Murfreesboro and need a rental, skip the stress — go see the guys at Enterprise on Broad St.
