Christine, who identified herself as the manager, was rude and dismissive and making up information during our interaction. I was told they could not pull up my account or vehicle information without a clear explanation. The communication was unprofessional and left me frustrated. I hope this location reviews its customer service standards. Do not recommend anyone to do business with this location.

And not they wont rent a car yo me over that . Didn't say anything until a day before we were to leave to Florida and now we are screwed . Crappy people that work here they wont even rent to my wife or son. Don't use them .
