  WOW! We are so grateful and surprised by their customer service. I went into this place looking to surprise my husband with jeep electric step boards for a christmas present. I was met with an extremely helpful gentleman who went the extra mile to explain to me my options, told me exactly the full cost ( not an estimate as others had), and gave me advice that helped me make this gift extra special. After ordering the part he followed through with update calls and scheduling appointment. On Christmas I gave my husband a gift card for this gift. The day we arrived for installation my husband was nervous to leave his jeep, but thanks to their staff he quickly realized they really take extra care of the vehicles they work on. It's been a week since and we had to recommend this place to others. This place is a hidden gem. Excellent customer service, caring staff, clean and professional. Highly recommended!!

  I had an excellent experience with Elevated Off Road working on my 2022 Ford F-250. Curt and Chambliss were outstanding from start to finish. I brought the truck in for a steering stabilizer replacement, and they approached the job with a level of professionalism and technical knowledge that immediately inspired confidence. They were professional, courteous, and genuinely customer-oriented, taking the time to properly diagnose the issue rather than pushing unnecessary work. Their communication was clear and honest, their availability was flexible, and their pricing was competitive, which made the entire experience even better. It was obvious they know these trucks inside and out. The steering issue is now completely resolved, and the truck drives exactly as it should. Elevated Off Road has earned my trust, and any future repairs or modifications to my truck will be done by them. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality work and integrity.

  NEVER AGAIN will I do any business with this company....paid for a 4 inch ready lift kit with 35 x 12.5 x 20 tires, i was told it would take 8hrs, which ended up being 2 days and when I picked my truck up it had the same tires as before..I was told they dropped the ball ......no I paid 6400 for bad service. I ended up notifying my credit card company for my refund since they dropped the ball on canceling the 35in tires which would not fit on my lift kit.

  Elevated off road provides quality work at great price. The guys are very professional and know what they're doing. It's great having the comfort of knowing the job gets done right and that's exactly what you get here. I highly recommend these guys for anything your looking to get done on your vehicle.

  Here is your fair warning and an actual honest review about this shop. I've had several issues with a leveling kit for my Tundra that these guys installed. I used them because they were on Westcott Designs' website as a dealer, but I really wish I had listened to the reviews about their communication. I purchased the kit from Westcott thinking that I'd have time to install it. After a month of looking at the box I decided to find someone local to install and picked Elevated because they are listed as a dealer for Westcott. I made sure that they were familiar with the kit when I dropped it off since the truck has AVS and rear air suspension. The kit is a collar in in the front and reindexed AVS link arms in the rear. Chambliss assured me that they would have no problems and they'd call me in the afternoon once it was ready. Problems started on day one when they couldn't get the struts apart without tearing up the wire running to the adjustable shock. Claimed that it was due to rust, on a 3 year old truck. I guess that's fine, stuff happens, they ordered new front shocks from Toyota and told me it would be ready the next day. This doubled the price I was originally quoted for the install. A few weeks after I picked up my truck I noticed some excessive play/noise coming from the drivers side strut. I called them, left a message, never got a call back. I eventually stopped by one day while I was off work and had them look at it. Turns out they put the wrong bushing on the top of the strut and it was bouncing in the strut mount. They said to bring it back later and they'd take care of it. I brought it back, they changed the bushing, thought it was done. A couple of weeks after that, once the new shocks had time to settle in, I went to adjust the rear AVS links to level out the truck, the rear was over an inch lower than the front. When I went to adjust them, I noticed that they never even put the new ones from the kit on my truck. So the rear links that were in the kit, $150 if you purchase them separately, were never even installed. Neither were the bump stop extensions but those are easy/cheap to replace. At this point, I've called them multiple times. Left messages with my all of the information that they need to at least return my call, still nothing. I'm waiting on a response from Westcott to see if they can help me out at all, but let this be a warning to anyone else considering this shop.
