  Worse experience ever in purchasing a vehicle. Went and bought a vehicle fairly new and before purchasing it has some defects which they agreed on fixing. They did a half ass job and by next day it was back with the same defects. Not the most trustworthy people. I regret buying a car from here. Word of advice. CarMax will be a better and trustworthy experience. Regret not going to CarMax

  This is actually our second purchase of a vehicle from City Auto Murfreesboro. We are a repeat customer because we appreciated the quality vehicles that we found and friendly customer service. Our young salesman Patrick was very courteous and helpful. The sales manager Richard worked with us to get a better deal on our trade in. And the finance officer Jerry, a USMC veteran, is very professional and a joy to work with.

  Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The car was ready for me to view and test drive. Jestin was amazing. Not the typical used car salesman. Very down to earth and not pushy at all. They went over the car fax and everything that was done to the vehicle. Buying a car can be very stressful. This experience wasn’t at all. I would highly recommend City Auto in Murfreesboro if you’re looking for a new or used car. No buyers remorse here…

  I came through City Auto to buy a car being that my family had bought two cars from here before but they we're almost brand new cars. I was supposed to deal with kiwi because that's who my family had dealt with before but the day I went in to buy my car I had to deal with someone else... I just want to start off by saying this guy said he was in car sales for over 20 years but he had no idea what salt damage was. Not kiwi the guy that replaced him because kiwi was off. Everything about this guy was absolutely horrible from the start. He literally said kiwi owed him dinner for him having to stay late and do my paperwork. I had told him I was not buying the car unless someone put it on a lift and inspected it and that kiwi had told me that that would not be a problem I also told him that I felt that the brakes were not that great on the car and kiwi told me that he would have someone take a look at them. The new guy did not have anybody take a look at my car he literally said I'm standing outside of the car I'm looking underneath it I don't see any salt damage and no one's reported that the brakes aren't good before. Within a WEEK of having this car I found out that the spare they had put in my car was not the same size I had not had the car but for a couple of days and realized that I had a flat luckily I was at an auto body shop when that happened and they changed my tire to the spare that was not the right size and it started saying my all-wheel drive system was malfunctioning and overheating it caused a lot of damage to my all-wheel drive system. They told me to bring the car in because not only did we find out that there was plugs in all four tires meaning that they sold me a car that had multiple plugs and all of the tires my windshield wipers were completely broken. Luckily the technician guy was very very upfront and very honest with me and he told me no one from his team inspected my car. He said no one from his team would have left bad windshield wipers on a car, let a car go out onto the lot with multiple plugs in each tire, he found underneath a plug a hole wrench that was in my tire.. I had to wait a week for a appointment. When putting my spare that DID NOT FIT back in my trunk he told me that the motor in my trunk was going out and I was right about to be on my 30-day Mark so he told me to make an appointment ... that appointment they made after the 30-day Mark and said I would have to pay for it. A week after that I started having battery issues and I had to get southern belle Towing to come help jump start my vehicle because I didn't have anybody to jumpstart me. He found out I had just bought my car not even a month prior and said " you bought this at City Auto didn't you?" I said yes why is that bad and he said absolutely almost half his business is picking up broke down cars and taking them back to City Auto right after their bought. This shocked me because the first two cars we got were pretty good but I guess they were very very new and my car was about 6 years old when I bought it. So they also don't really let you give it a good test drive they let you go around the block go one exit with them in the car so you don't get a really good test drive out of it so if there's any issues you only have a couple of miles to figure it out. I thought my experience here would be very good excellent maybe but after I bought my car there was nothing but issue after issue after issue. After the technician told me that none of his team inspected my car they would never let a car go on to the lot in the condition that mine was in I told myself i would never recommend anyone to buy their car here ever again. I felt betrayed, lied to and I felt like they took advantage of me. I was promised a proper inspection by the way the battery that was in my car was 7 years old which is why I kept on breaking down.
