  We started our vehicle search on CarGurus. Got a PQL on their site, they notified the dealership. Jestin, our sales guy reached out immediately and was very good at communicating with me. I went to see the vehicle, facetimed with my husband who was gonna be financing it. Once my husband decided it was a good deal, we set up the signing appt for that same afternoon. We were in and out with a new car between 9-5! From a biz owner POV, this was awesome! And a bonus plus, they were actually able to get us a tiny bit better rate with their lenders, so it was definitely a Winning Wednesday! Thank you, much appreciated! Go see Jestin!   I absolutely loved my experience at City Auto, from start to finish the process was made extremely seamless. They we're very patient while I made a decision on the vehicle that I wanted.   Had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from City Auto. After parking, I was greeted by Bill Williamson. Bill wrote down what I was looking for and began to show me vehicles that met the criteria for my son, as this was to be his first car. After test driving the vehicle. The financing process was simple and easy and the finance department let me know what was going on during the entire process. Overall my son was happy about his car and I was happy with the payments as I got exactly what I wanted. I recommend City Auto for the purchase of your vehicle.

  My wife and I test drove a car here. We followed the route the salesman told us to take from the backseat. And everything was performing fine. We liked the ride and we liked the price, so we bought it. Not 5 minutes after driving off the lot, the car starts throwing codes that a camera isn't working and fluids are low. We had to fight City Auto for too long to get a goodwill fix. I've had many other problems with this dealership specifically since we purchased this car from them. STAY AWAY AND DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE

  **Updated After working with customer service, they have decided to offer us warranty on the shocks and fix other issues we encountered with our purchase. We are changing our rating based on their effort to help us resolve the issue, but nothing will change our experience. We hope others will have better stories to tell. ********************************************* Buyer BEWARE – our experience at City Auto of Murfreesboro. The City Auto technician left a vice-grip/wrench stuck on the back tires. Honda even confirmed the shock absorbers were still leaking. We took it back to City auto for repairs because it is still under 30 day warranty as we just purchased the car. Immediately after I drove off we heard the rattling again. I stopped the car and looked under the back wheels and there was yet another wrench with a red tip this time left in the exact same spot as the first one. Once might be an accident, but two times I suspect it's being done on purpose or a sloppy job. I have doubt that the shock absorbers were even fixed at all. This would have ruined the car, the wheel threading, the alignment, transmission t and purposely ruined the car because this would have been a major problem with the tires worn the wheel alignment this would have cost me a lot of repairs down the road with leaking and all that extra stuff that was unwarranted and I paid good money for this car. With the current cars today, you can't just open.
