    I purchased a Transit van from this dealership about 3–4 months ago. What initially looked like great service turned out to be very poor business practices. I live about 4 hours away, so I relied heavily on photos and communication before making the trip. I asked multiple times if there were any cosmetic or mechanical issues, and I was repeatedly assured that the van was in great condition with no issues. When I arrived to pick it up, it was raining, so it was hard to inspect everything closely. However, the first thing we noticed was a large rock chip in the windshield. Given my line of work, I knew there was a strong chance it wouldn’t survive the drive home without cracking. When I brought it up, the sales guy got the finance manager, who looked at it and said, “It’s fixed.” When I explained that it clearly wasn’t fixed, his response was, “I don’t even know what I’m doing here, I’m the finance manager.” That told me everything — instead of fixing the issue, they chose to brush it off. I was told they could fix it, but it would take about 4 hours, which wasn’t an option for us. They then said they would mail me a check for $80, which they claimed was their cost to fix it. I agreed. To this day, I have never received that check. I followed up and was ignored. The very next day after the purchase, I noticed additional issues: The driver’s window does not go up or down The sliding side door does not lock The side door had prior damage (visible dents and creases) that was never disclosed When I contacted the dealership about these issues, I was told they were not covered under their “warranty", that they give you with purchase. Overall, I feel I was misled. Issues were either hidden, downplayed, or outright denied. This dealership had multiple chances to do the right thing and chose not to. I would not recommend doing business here, especially if you’re buying from out of town.

    I bought my 2025 4Runner from here and I absolutely love it!! Our salesman, Mike Campbell, did a fantastic job of going over all of the features and had no problems answering any of my questions. Mike never rushed us, instead he treated us like family. I highly recommend Mike Campbell and City Auto!!

    Generally speaking, car lots are awful. Max, along with his manager, and everyone else we dealt with at this lot were a pleasure. Everything here felt transparent, forward, and optional. They sold me on benefits of things they offered, not by hiding them in the fine print and I willingly bought some of those additional options. Great experience.
