You all have had our camper 2 months and today you call and tell us you’re not sure what is causing the problem. I am so beyond pissed. You’re lucky you all have been speaking with my husband. I have reached out to the vip and that did get you to at least call but has resolved nothing. Guess what the camper awning arms are broken at the very least one side is. Can we please stop wasting time and fix it? Is there another like camper that has good arms? If we could go backwards we would never have purchased this camper from this establishment knowing that the service department was incapable of a repair job in a timely manner. You say you will call tomorrow, I hope to hear that the camper is being repaired as you are calling, however as I expect to hear more BS as to why you all are doing nothing . We need a resolution. I find the information that you’re not sure what’s wrong is a red flag in itself. While we are at it did you fix the issue with the front lights or are we waiting on warranty to advise. I mean you have had the camper 2 months surely you have something completed. Yes? I’m gonna say to future buyers keep driving, you do not want this headache. Regards Lisa Conner
