  My husband and I drove 13 hours from TX and purchased a Class A motorhome from Camping World Murfreesboro TN. My salesperson was Caleb, we met Cameron who introduced himself as the Sales Manager and we also met Saad, the Finance Manager. The purchase went smoothly and we drove the RV home. My concern is the customer service/follow-up after the purchase. It started raining and we noticed a leak from the AC, also the driver side camera didn't work. I sent a text to them and was asked to take it to the Camping world near me for repairs to the leak, which they did at no cost to us. They never repaired the camera so I called Cameron. He told he that he would speak with his manager and get back with me the same day, but he never called me back. I called the next day, the phone rang twice and I was sent to Cameron's voice mail. I left a detailed voice message, but again... he never called me back. Fast forward a month and a half, I received a called from a guy named Erik from their Service Dept checking on if we had any issues with the RV. This is the ONLY person that has called me since our purchase and I informed him about the camera and thanked him for the call. He said that he would speak to Cameron, but I'm not holding my breath that Cameron will call me back. Lesson learned!!! Will I ever purchase from Camping World Murfreesboro ever again, NEVER!! Will I refer some to that store to purchase, Heck No, NEVER!! Again, the purchase process was smooth, but once you purchase and out the door, they totally forget about you. Not even a text to check if we made it back to Texas safely.

  I looked at this dealership because of Costco promotion. Cameron Carson was professional and kind. He also gave me helpful details about the banks. My son and his family were helped by a gentleman named Ricky. He was also helpful, friendly and provided much needed information.

  Cornelius and Ameen where awesome. They made us feel comfortable and did not pressure us. They took their time and where very thorough and honest. If you want to buy an RV and don't want to feel stressed ask for Cornelius and Ameen at Camping World in Murfreesboro.

  My wife and I just purchased our first travel trailer from Camping World in Murfreesboro, and our salesman David Junkins made it a pleasurable experience. David was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Looking forward to enjoying our TT! Thank you to the entire staff for making it a smooth and easy process!

  We had the greatest sales team and experience. David and Kevin were absolutely phenomenal. They made our experience as first time RV buyers flawless. David helped us make a logical but great decision for our family. Even the service tech Matt, which should do all new RV walk through, was great. He was very detailed with everything he showed us about our new RV and was even personable with what his family had done with their own RV. This will be the only place we do any RV business with from now own.
