Counter person was of little help because he couldn't locate my battery even after I called and confirmed it's availability beforehand. He then told me it was available in 2 days via special order and quoted me a price nearly $100 more plus a $50+ battery core fee. That's when the manager stepped in because he obviously heard my irritation. The manager quickly located my battery and had me rung up promptly. If not for the manager's intervention this would have been 1 Star rating. Fast forward a week and my core return was handled quickly and professionally by a different counter person. She was efficient and professional.
