So he refunded the battery I purchased and installed the new one for me. This tells you what kind of character Joe has, very honest and treats people with respect!!! He is a Huge Asset to Advance Auto Parts Corp. I will definitely ask for him every time I shop there. Oh, and by the way after he installed the new wiper blades, he took the time to clean my windshield too!! What a Great Guy!!!!!
