    There was this nice man “Travis” who was helping me find some paint (props to him), until what I’m assuming is his manager by the name of mj came up to him and claimed that he wasn’t working and needed to leave, he continued to help me before she forced him out. I left and came back later realizing i needed more paint to finish the job just to see the same lady closing down the store 20-30 minutes early, I came about 730, and the website had ousted that it closes at 8.

    I was POORLY treated on 11-6-25 by the only employee I saw in the store. I was trying to spend money, was nice, and gave her no reason to treat me like a dog. She was condescending, rude and sarcastic. All this because I wanted to buy wiper blades for my f-150. The net says they also do bulbs, but she said no to that. No problem, but she was so purposefully mean to me, I had to leave. I was also buying other things we never got around to. I did finally make really happy. After I told her i didn't need the attitude and I was going to spend my money somewhere else, she SANG TO ME, "Have a nice day!" She was so dissatisfied with actually doing her job, she had a worse attitude than an unhappy fast-food worker.

    Girl named Mj was very rude had attitude the whole time didn’t look like she wanted to help this was the first time I’ve seen her here and will not be returning while she works here

    I have had good experiences and I’ve left because nobody would open the door 30 min before it is supposed to close. I understand nobody wants to work later than scheduled and I know people walk in a min before close but places like this need to understand that someone might not be able to go to work the next morning if they can’t fix their vehicle. So the domino effect happens and someone spends 3 hours of their morning fixing something in a rush, when they wanted to fix it the night before so that customers aren’t waiting on them at a job site. So now you have one person that runs to the back when you pull up that is happy go lucky while the next day a contractor, his crew and customers are all mad, frustrated, waiting and rushed to do what they needed to do for the day.

    I've been in that store now about 5 - 6 times now and every single time I've received nothing but a great service, very helpful and most important nice, always greeted upon entering and thanked before leaving. Not like the other auto parts across the street.
