    I have been paying for service for about 6 years now started when it was Mr. B's. I have had a few issues. Recently I took my brand new 2025 nissan in to wash it. Only having it for 2 months. The wash broke my back wiper completely off my car. Going to cost over $100 to fix it and said they won't pay because of normal wear on the wiper. Again I have had it for 2 months... no wear on it at all. The service is not good. They send people in too close together. I'm done and won't go back. Don't give them your hard earned money.

    This car wash used to be so great. I stopped today at 2pm for a wash and was excited to vacuum out the car- I have 4 kids and we have constant crumbs and dirt. I pulled up to pay and the attendant didn’t even look our way- but got mad when my son said “look at that girls hair!!” The wash itself was $22. I didn’t get a receipt because it was conveniently out of paper and I was told “oh that sucks. Sorry!” The wash itself wasn’t awful I guess, but for $22 you’d expect the car to be clean. I went to vacuum the car and guess what- they’re all either turned off or not working. Great. I asked another lady if they could be turned on and she just looked at me like I had 2 heads. Overall- staff aren’t friendly. Vacuums don’t work. Wouldn’t waste my money on this again.

    I paid for the membership. I got a car wash on 9/30 and while we were inside the car wash we felt the car move and heard a “thump” when I got out of my car to vacuum the panel around my wheel was torn off and bent. I went and got a worker and the manager came over to look at said “oh it was like that when you went in, I tried to clip it back”. My car is brand new and I haven’t even had it two weeks, it definitely was not like that. And EVEN IF IT WAS, why would you try to fix it your self and not tell the customer and let them go through the car wash knowing it would cause more damages? so after going back and forth about it not being like that they said I could submit a claim. I did. I got a email back saying my claim was denied saying they didn’t cause the damage. I asked for the video footage to see where they could prove my car was already damaged and they said they could not provide me the video as it is confidential. I then asked if I could have a copy of the claim I filled out when them so I could file a police report and got no response. I am extremely upset.
