  New truck damaged. Before entering the car wash, I folded my mirrors in and when I exited, the mirrors were pushed all the way forward with damage to my mirror and the light/blinker on my mirror. Filed report with them and they refused to fix the damage, although, the worker acknowledged that it was damaged in the car wash. The only communication was via one email that they sent saying they will not fix it. Asked to speak with a real person and never heard anything from them.

  I receive a message today about my payment being decline. Yes I block all transactions don’t even waste your money here. Every time I go my car is not washed right it always has soap marks. Vacuums are not working most of the times and the towels are always wet and stinky🤢So no I don't wanna pay you no more I rather wash it by hand than paying you for spraying water and cheap soap.

  Kam was so nice! I somehow got the benefit of a pay it forward car wash and it was my lucky day. The team out here in 35° weather still giving great service. Appreciate it!

  Kam does a great job working here I think! He deserves an extra hour on his pay check for real. Wash is pretty decent and towels are always not stinky. My membership works pretty decent. Wish the wash would fix my truck for me tho.
