  My husband and I were pleased with our experience at City Auto. Our salesperson Grayson was professional and personable at the same time, and he made it easy to purchase my Toyota Rav4. After nearly two weeks of looking online and visiting multiple car lots and dealerships, it was a relief to finally find the one that met our criteria! Thanks to Grayson and everyone else we met at City Auto Mitsubishi in Murfreesboro!

  Bought my Mitsubishi from Beaman, worst experience of my life! Waited 4 months for a front tow hook cover, City Auto Mitsubishi of Murfreesboro TN had it delivered to my home in less than a week. There was another problem, found out it had been wrecked, the front sensor was bent and disabled,Beaman had replaced the grill to hide it! City Auto Mitsubishi of Murfreesboro TN had my car in their garage within 24 hours of my call. In 2 hours my car was returned to me, perfect! Highly recommend!!

  Purchased a 2018 Nissan Titan XD 4x4 crew cab. Calvin was great kept me informed through complete process. The service department did not initially complete all service, like change the oil . After service department were made aware they picked up truck at my location and changed oil. They replaced a cracked tail light with a new tail light looks like a different model pictured below I didn't say anything about that. Truck was just what I was looking for.

  I am a Nissan retiree and I have always stuck with Nissan or infinity vehicles. One of my neighbors had a great experience with City Auto in Murfreesboro so I decided to swing by to see what they had available on their lot. I was specifically looking to trade my 2018 Titan XD for a newer smaller truck. When I pulled in, Mike Campbell greeted me and the interaction was great from the start. I knew right away, he was the salesperson I was going to do business with. He listened to my wants and needs and stayed on top of things by sending me different trucks to review on line. Within a couple of weeks, Mike narrowed down my choices to two newer models trucks with low mileage that fits my needs perfectly. The whole process was easy and honestly enjoyable. I definitely recommend Mike Campbell at City Auto for anyone looking for a vehicle. Gavin

  Went in to purchase a vehicle for my husband to replace the one he had worn out. We worked with Ron who was very kind and attentive and kept us entertained with his stories since the whole process, once we picked out the vehicle we wanted, took forever once we started the financing process. It took ridiculously long. We arrived at about 9:30 am and didn't walk out until 3:30 pm. We'd not ate all day and I was getting very "hangry." I really can't explain why they took forever to get our financing and paper work signed. I'd bought a car from them a few years ago and it took about 2 hours from start to finish. What really aggravated me is that the customers they were taking care of before us were taking over 2 hours to read paperwork. Why not go ahead and take care of us and let them take all the time they wanted? It really was a bit rude to make us wait on the other customer! But, again, the person working with us was great and even the original financer we worked with was great and apologized many times for our long wait. I think they were a bit pushy with the extra cost for a 2 yr warranty. We couldn't afford that and told the guy over and over and he still was pushy about it and acted a little put off when we kept saying no. We're satisfied with our purchase, but we just got it. Ask us about that vehicle 2 years from now and I'll give another review. All in all we were ok with the experience. It wasn't stellar.
