  The service team took AMAZING care of our us in an emergency with the door of our motorhome. They went above and beyond and truly saved the day! We are so grateful for them and the time and care they took. Customers for life! Highly recommend. Thank you to Ashley, Yoder, Jason, Eric and Reese!!!! You are appreciated more than you know!

  Utterly disgusted with the Murfreesboro store. Purchased our rv there about 6 months ago, 3rd time we've had it in for repairs. They have it weeks at a time, always following up on the warranty or needs parts. We have had to cut our weekend getaways short to take it back in. Wanted to upgrade recently and they offered very minimal compared to what we owed and its only 6 months old. We were willing to spend more money and get a larger camper but they were not willing to work with us at all. This go round, they have had our trailer for 4 weeks, we continue to pay for storage and we have no idea what's going on and they hardly ever answer the phone or call! Won't be getting another camper there!!!

  Their service department rarely answers the phone and when you leave messages it’s rare to ever hear back from them. Someone needs to retool this problem or begin from the beginning cause it is very frustrating. Wish we were closer to Nash I would use them instead!

  Bought a brand new 2026 Camper last December 2025. One issue addressed at the time of purchase and was told to bring it in anytime and they would fix. Long story they have had the camper for 6 plus weeks. We call them they only call you if you call them. Multiple stories. Waiting on parts, waiting on warranty, parts are in just waiting on warranty, now we are back to waiting on parts and warranty. Honestly do you even know what’s happening with my camper. I am so beyond unhappy with this service center. My first instinct was to not buy from them due to the sales manager pushing the agent to sell us on Good Sam insurance. We overlooked that and bought anyway now we are in the Service nightmare of what appears to be a lot of we are working on this it’s just not the camper. Do better.

  Left with a nice travel trailer. Helpful staff with no issues answering millions of questions. Their store front might be “pricey” but your paying for the conscience of knowing when I buy this item it will fit with my trailer 100% of the time
