  We had a very frustrating experience with Camping World. We brought our camper in to have a cabinet repaired after it was damaged by their team. At drop-off, we were promised it would be ready within a month. After three weeks, we called for an update and were told they had ordered the wrong cabinet, something that should have been handled from the beginning. Throughout the process, communication was extremely poor, they rarely answered the phone and never returned our calls. We also had a scheduled trip (which they knew about), so I called ahead to let them know we would be picking it up regardless of whether the repair was complete. When we arrived, things only got worse. The camper had not been washed as requested, and they failed to switch the battery over from solar, leaving it completely dead when we went to pick it up. On top of that, my husband waited over an hour after being told it would be “just a few moments” to bring the camper around. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and poorly managed, with little communication or accountability. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this location based on our experience.

  I took my camper in for service at the Murfreesboro location. There were a couple of glitches in their service work, however, Adam ultimately made it right with me. I appreciate the extra effort that he gave, picking up someone else's slack.

  I brought my mother in today ( who has been recently widowed) because she had several questions about parts for her RV. The “BOSS” lady over the service department had a horrible attitude and acted like my mom was putting her out by asking questions. The gentleman behind the counter tried to help but had to go ask the “BOSS” lady ( his words, not mine) and she would talk to him like a dog and we still got no help. She eventually got up and walked in the back instead of trying to help. If she hates her job then she needs to move on!! I will NEVER walk back into this establishment again!!!

  Camping World sold us the camper of our dreams in August of 2025. When we bought it they were in the middle of installing a new hot water heater to it there were a couple little IOU issues, but we trusted the sales team would follow up with us and we left elated with our new Camper. Our first big trip out was over our two weeks off over Christmas break. We headed towards Charleston SC. Hook everything up at our first site and the hot water heater practically explodes water everywhere. We call Camper World closest to us. They can’t help, we need to take it to where we bought it for the warranty to be utilized. We bypass the hot water heater (in December) and struggle through our trip with limited water usage. After dozens of phone calls. Fighting to get someone to look at it. Ruining our first trip. We get it in to Service Center in Murfreesboro where it has been for 6 weeks now. No one will return our calls. No one can explain why our water heater exploded. They want us to pay to replace it. Now they’ve had our camper through 2 payments that we’ve made. We’ve made 8 payment- have yet to get to use this dream camper of ours. So far we are completely frustrated with this dealership. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Take your business anywhere else. Once you’re off their lot they DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AS A CUSTOMER!!!!

  If looking for a camper from towable to drivable then this is the place to go. From the time we walked in till we left the staff was amazing and very knowledgeable. They treat you like your someone and not just another sale.
