  I've had MANY oil changes in my life, and this was the best, and most thorough service I have ever received. Not only were all staff professional, and polite, but there was absolutely no upselling pressure at all. Micheal and Demir were an absolute pleasure and so knowledgeable. Service equivalent to Chick-fil-A. You've made a permanent customer out of me.

  Zach is such a sweet guy and he did his job from what I could tell to a T and didn’t try to over sell me but definitely did upsell and did an amazing job. Thank you to the people blow working fast and efficiently on getting people in & out as fast as possible on a Friday night at 4:30-6:00

  Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to file a formal complaint against your employee, Reese. I visited your location to service my car, and I had a valid coupon. However, Reese refused to accept it without providing any clear explanation. In addition, when I requested an invoice, he refused to give it to me. I was also very disappointed with his attitude and behavior, which I found unprofessional and disrespectful. I hope you will look into this matter and take the necessary action to prevent this from happening again.

  I just left the mt Juliet location. When I pulled up there was a line of about 4 cars, so I asked the lady if the ac recharge is available as I came to do that. She stated she would ask and the process would take 30 mins or so. I thanked her and waited. Right before my turn in the service station, the light check was happening and again I ask about the ac recharge and the gentleman said he would let the technician know. As he was finishing the light check, it was my turn after waiting 20-30 mins total so far. I pull in and they start the process for the oil change And again I tell them I want the ac service. She says ok and goes to tell whoever. After another 5-10 mins with the oil change started they tell me the ac system is down. She recommends me to go to another valvoline. Now at this point I have waited 40 mins total to find out that the main service I wanted to do wasn’t actually available. It is incredibly frustrating to lose my opportunity to maybe go somewhere else for my service because by the time I was done it was 6:15 and the nearest other location is 15 mins away. Even if I got there in time I would be showing up way too late to do said service.

  The lady that waited on us rushed- one of the guys came and gave me the receipt I asked for. She did not check filters- normally they show them to me and ask. I was frustrated by the end- she did not want to print me a sticker- so the other guy working with her wrote one for me. He is the reason I was willing to give three starts versus 2.
