- EPErin Peterson1 day ago5.0Although the wait time was long because it was so busy, the employees did a magnificent job! Everyone was notified of the long wait time well in advance. The employees checked cars in as soon as they pulled into one of the lines. They also completed any work that didn’t require the vehicles to be in the garage area while we waited. Because of this it helped to streamline the process once we were able to move into the oil-change bay. Everyone working there was polite and professional. It made the wait less of a concern knowing we would be taken care of as soon as possible.

Didn’t push unnecessary recommendations on me and explained everything extremely well. Really, from the second I pulled in it was a good experience. Had someone greet me right away and let me know I’d be taken care of soon. Overall, pretty easy on me and that’s not what I expected. 10/10

While I waited, I saw all of the technicians walking at a pace that looked as if they didn't care how long they took or how many people were waiting. When I got in for my service I told them I only wanted an oil and filter change, no air filters and no lights checked, just "spill it and fill it". Even with that minimal amount of work it took them 30 minutes to get it done. And again everyone was walking slow and without purpose and also stopping to chit chat with each other. It was a very aggravating experience.
