Right now they only have 5 of 14 oil filter options for an LS, and none of the normal priced ones including OE ACDelco. It always seems like only the expensive options are left. At this point, whenever I need parts, I just assume they won’t have what I’m looking for. I still check here first, but most of the time I end up having to drive somewhere else. It gets old.

Joseph found the right bulb for me and went out to make sure there were no other lights that needed attention. He even showed me how to replace it so I could take care of it myself next time. Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
