    I was happy with this carwash until last Sunday 11/16. Like most car washes they pack cars in with only a few feet between them. Which has always been a questionable action but since all car washes do it and usually there aren’t any issues I just follow their directions. There were two cars in front of me and the first one decided to stop immediately upon exiting the tunnel. Preventing the car directly in front of me from being able to pull out of the tunnel. Well when you’re on a moving track you can’t stop so my car was carried into the back of the car in front of me and I could not stop or prevent it from happening. My car repeatedly hit the back of this van until the first car finally moved and the van was able to pull out. Neither vehicle stayed. The damage to my car was minor (cracked light) but the handling of the situation is what has me upset with the staff. It took way too long for anyone to address that there was an issue, I believe someone hit an emergency stop button and all of the cars stopped moving. Obviously I don’t know if it’s okay for me to drive out as I was not at the end of the tunnel. So I waited for some kind of direction on what to do. The young lady that had initially guided me in walked up to my car and casually told me I could go like it was not big deal. I will acknowledge that I was incredibly frustrated in the moment but she assisted in me making an incident report before leaving. While that was happening she said the first car may not of been aware they could go because the light does not work at the end of the tunnel. So I am honestly not sure who would be at fault at this point but I was told the manger would be reaching out to me once they had an opportunity to review the camera footage. I also offered to email my dash cam footage but was not provided an email to do that. My video only shows the license plate of the car in front of me and not the car that caused the back up of cars in the first place. The reason my frustration is now with the staff is because it’s 6 days later and I’ve heard nothing. Nobody has reached out. 0 contact from any manager. At this point I’m canceling my membership and will be reaching out to their corporate office for a resolution. (Video has been trimmed as only 30 seconds can be posted)
