    My grandson bought a part, they told him it was the right part…well, It was not and they do not have the correct part so told him no refund…really?

    I needed to return a starter that I had purchased erroneously. Turned out it was just my positive battery cable needed to be cleaned. When I purchased this starter, the associate let me know that I wouldn’t need a receipt if I had to return it because it was under my phone number in the system. I knew that already because I have been dealing with auto parts stores for about 30 years now. And worked at one for five years. But when I went back to return it, the general manager of this location informed me that they have a “new policy” Which meant for me that they could not return my part. I said to him that I knew that was not correct and then asked if he was going to work with me or not?. He then said that he was not going to work with me. So I told him that I would take it to a different store and return it there where they have decent customer service And not a blow hard general manager who’s lack of real control in life is extremely obvious. When I went to the new store in Columbia Tennessee they took it back no problem. They said it was easy to look up the information in the computer and they didn’t understand why “Rob Nunya” wouldn’t do it. But they did explain to me that he was the general manager and he doesn’t like to do anything for anyone Unless it puts money into his own pocket. Save yourself money if not time by just going to Columbia until they fire this sad excuse for a parts man.

    Store # 03850 Rob M 9/29/25 14:5_ Upon entering the store I was greeted by both front employees. We were assisted immediately, the man took hubby to pick out his choice of merchandise. While exiting the store the 2 men to said have a wonderful day. I don't care if was required everyone don't offer good customer service. Thanks
