We took the car in to get looked at under the warranty and they had no records of us ever being there and had to use our own copy of the receipt. Their own technicians couldn’t even figure out which one they replaced. It’s been over two weeks of phone calls to corporate and their regional manager and they won’t do anything to cover their warranty. Customer service here is terrible. We have had to go into their shops to show them copies of their warranty policy. Not only that, their lack of covering the catalytic converter does not match the EPA requirements on catalytic converters.
