  The employees are very professional. The quote was correct. I made an appointment and the breaks were finished on time. I would return. You don't need an appointment.

  I was greeted by a salesman named Dillion Smith he was super nice and his knowledge of tires went beyond my expectations,I went in thinking I knew what I thought was the right tire but after talking with Mr.Smith boy was I wrong,the tire he recommended was EXACTLY what I needed although a little higher (which didn’t matter) I trusted him 100% and you better believe he will be highly recommended to my family,friends,and co-workers,ya”ll have an exceptional employee who will definitely be my go to man when it to anything pertaining to tires,brakes,and wipers..

  I came in because my brakes were making a noise. From the time I walked in the door till the time they checked my brakes letting me know I would need brakes everyone I came in contact with was very nice and informative to what I needed and how much it would cost. Service was great and quick. Highly recommend this place!

  Review – Alignment Membership Issue I’m extremely disappointed with how my alignment memberships were handled. Over the past five years, I purchased multiple alignment memberships for my car rental business. The membership terms state that services can be used at any location. When my original location temporarily closed, I brought my vehicles to this NTB location expecting the memberships to be honored. Unfortunately, they refused to honor them. I spoke with the manager at the location and also contacted corporate, but neither provided a resolution or clear explanation. As a small business owner, I invested thousands of dollars in these memberships based on the understanding that they were valid nationwide. Being told they would not be honored at another location contradicts what was represented at the time of purchase. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I will not be bringing any further business to NTB unless this issue is resolved.
