The guys got the job done but rather short at times. I originally rented a premium car and needed it for a road trip to an event. I was taking 4 people with luggage. When I got to the location they told me there were no cars available in the premium class and all they had were mid size sedans. When I asked about a lower rate they said they could only take a dollar off the original price I paid. I completely understand if a location does not have the inventory and can be flexible, however walking out to the parking lot there were plenty of full size sedans out there that they could have easily put me in. Enterprise has always taken care of me and it’s been a company I could rely on but this experience has put a bad taste in my mouth. The whole situation felt like they were lying to me or hiding behind the corporate smoke and mirrors.

I had the car for nearly a month before my car was totaled and I started looking for a newer car. I rented from the Donelson branch and when I found a car in Mt. Juliet, I returned it to the Mt. Juliet branch since the salesman from the lot I bought my car from was helping me return the rental and the branch in Mt. Juliet was 2 miles away. Drop off was easy and I was on my way. If definitely use them again if I need to rent a car.
