Even-though I paid for it and have the receipt, the staff said they could not return it and that it might be in by tomorrow. The manager actually said “there have been some shady returns“ I said I have the receipt. How is that? Shady? There was no response. They gave me no options except to rearrange my day tomorrow in order to come back and try again with first shift. I have been shopping with AutoZone for over 25 years. This will be my last transaction with Autozone.

None of the workers are knowledgeable in any given area other then scanning and taking your money. The manager has a sever attitude problem. He’s always rude and none of the regular workers can process anything for a return on commercial accounts. They constantly give the run around and make everything a pain. 10/10 do not recommend this business for any commercial accounts.

Bought the locking lug nuts for my car and started to install them which 1 out of the whole kit was messed up. And no I didn't mess up the threads myself. I twisted them on by hand and then tightened them down. I asked if I could return the one as a default but apparently cant. I understand it's running a business but so do I. Pretty sad sense I guarantee my parts and work.
