  Mt. Juliet Plumbing And Leak Detection

  Unfortunately, you can't trust an autozone employee to know their stuff anymore. Autozone has always been one of our favorite parts stores but they sold us the wrong parts claiming the super duty break pads were the best, but when we finally got around to installing these awesome new super duty pads, the wouldn't fit because apparently they were for a different truck. When we went to return them they refused, saying it was was past their policy return period. We didn't know their was a return period. Every brake pad we've ever baught had a life time warranty but apparently these super duty brake pads didn't, but amazingly the right pads did. So we paid more for these brake pads and becaue we 5 months to take the tires off to check and see if they would fit, we lost our right to return them even though they were never used. These managers act like their hands are tied behind their back by the computer. Needless to say, Autozone will not be getting any future business from Mt. Juliet Plumbing because we trusted them to get us the right parts and had no idea about their 90 return policy on this product or we would have at least verified that we had the right brake pads which were sitting in the passenger seat for quite some time. We don't feel like the management cared about the circumstances that created this situation and blamed the computer for not wanting to return it even though it was their fault for selling us the wrong parts.

  Ya know, I fully understand things are different in 2026 than in 1950, and I respect everyone's right to speech, but as a customer, I do still wish that people cared enough about others that they didn't literally shout f bombs and other vulgarity while my 7 year old daughter and I are shopping on a casual Saturday morning. The employees at the Mt. Juliet TN location at 9:30 am on 2/14/26 are certainly not my favorites

  I am truly sad about what I saw today at a place I have been shopping from for 17 years. Their staff’s behavior is really very bad; they speak to people in an arrogant and disrespectful way. I will truly never enter this place again.

  I had a great experience at Advance Auto Parts! They changed my car battery quickly and were so nice and helpful the entire time. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole process stress-free. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!
