  We love it. And Tim Crutchfield was the best and nicest, most helping person I have ever met, he was not pushy and gave us our time to make decisions, he helped in every way he could, all the way down to moving my front tag when he did the license plat for us. We are very happy, couldn’t ask for better

  I have bought several cars at this dealership and have always been treated like family! I had used the same salesman for every purchase and he had retired. Cody Fletcher was my salesman this time and he is awesome. I highly recommend Cody if you are looking to purchase a car at Rusty Wallace Toyota!

  I have bought several new cars in my lifetime, so I know what I am talking about. My transaction with Rusty Wallace Toyota was, without question, the best experience I have ever had at any dealership. Since I was out of town they dealt with me by email and text and the results were that I got an amazing 2026 4runner TRD Offroad Premium for an amazing price. I did not have to settle for white or black, they actually found the heritage blue color that I was looking for. It had every single feature that I wanted as well. I am thrilled with the car but more than that, I feel like a have a relationship with this dealership. We were treated like royalty when we arrived to pick up the car. Our salesman, Cody Fletcher, was one of the kindest people I have met in a long time. He was very invested in making sure that I was happy. When were dealing by text, I never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for a response and he did every thing he said that he would do regarding the car and the deal. If you are looking for personal service, seek him out, you won't be disappointed with this fine Christian man. Then there was my experience with the Finance Manager Nate Lacasella. I have found that the time spent with most FMs is grueling. Trying to sell you things you don't need and hard selling you on expensive add-ons. Not Nate. There was no pressure to buy anything and when I inquired about gap insurance he actually advised against it because of the large amount of my down payment. That blew me away. I have never had a dealership look out for me like that! I would give them 10 stars if I could. I passed up 2 other Toyota dealerships based on their reviews and I was not disappointed. Hometown people all the way!

  Cody was awesome made the whole process easy no haggling everything went very smoothly we where very satisfied . I would recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle check out Rusty Wallace Toyota in morristown.

  Cody Fletcher is AMAZING!!! Knowledgeable and direct. Honest and friendly. I have NEVER had such a GREAT and easy experience buying a vehicle. Love my Highlander! Will ALWAYS return to see Cody when buying!!! No other dealership even starts to compare!!
