  No Tire rotation with my full synthetic oil change that was $155. Took my bad tire out of my trunk to tell my is was unsafe to drive on even though I had a spare tire on (I was mislead to believe it was a tire I was riding on, so thinking it was a 2nd tire) Had wheels alignment but vehicle is still pulling to the right.

  I got an add from them in the mail, but one get one tires. Well until you look and see they double the price if you actually try to buy only one and get the free tire. So you pay 300$ if you want two, or 300$ if you buy one and get one free.(in other words there is no deal at all, they simply double the price if you actually try to buy one) I don’t know how that is even legal.

  I would give this store a 0 star if I could! Every time I have been in this store, I have been treated with nothing but rudeness and unprofessional employees. I am a first-time customer. I will not be a returning customer. I took my vehicle in on October 21, 2025 to have my driver side back tire sensor replaced due to the console display. When I was checking out, I was informed that my right front tire sensor had been replaced. I asked why when I could clearly see from the photo I have included that it was the driver side back tire. I was rudely told that the computers and consoles were not to be trusted. I was also told that all of my tire sensors needed to be replaced. I paid $99.20 for ONE tire sensor. I want a FULL refund because the very next day the exact same tire sensor showed as bad AGAIN; however, the mechanic changed the wrong sensor! I immediately called the store to explain that the exact same tire sensor light was back on and what would they do to make this issue right. I was told that I would just have to bring the vehicle back in, and I may still have to pay. I asked to speak to a manager. I was told I was speaking to the lead technician, Randy. He did not offer to allow me to speak with a manger. I expressed my disappointment in the store and said that they were rude to women. I refuse to go back into that store! I bought brand new tires from this store last year. I will now have to go pay another tire store for tire rotations or any other tire related issues because I will NOT be treated that way by the men running that store. You should be ashamed to allow this treatment to go on. This IS a form of harassment!!
