  Do not recommend. This was my first and last time going to this shop. I scheduled to have 4 new tires put on and an alignment done. When I arrived for my appointment I was told in a rude tone that they would not have the tires for a couple more days. I was desperate and running on a spare so I said that was fine. When I went to pick up my car, I only had 2 new tires, and no alignment was done. Under the services requested area on my receipt, it said “wheel alignment,” and at the bottom of the receipt, it said the wheel alignment was “declined by customer,” even though I never received a call from them about it and I had clearly stated I needed it done. I am very disappointed and irritated with this experience. Calling customer service does NOTHING and none of them care at all. Please save yourself the trouble if there’s any other option available do not go here. Just because they’re open on Saturday does NOT mean it’s worth the headache.

  Friendly and helpful front desk! Work was completed in good time. Will visit again when tires are needed! Car ride on new tires is awesome!

  Went in for an alignment 2 Saturdays ago after putting ball joints on my truck. Truck was driven 75 miles from the time ball joints were put in to the time I went for an alignment. They stated due to me working on the vehicle the alignment was now "exotic" since I had touched it. I needed it done so I said go ahead. Well after about 20 minutes they came and got me to tell me the cv axle boot was torn on the passenger side. Mind you there was no grease in the wheel well or on anything but the bottom of 2 knuckles under that side. Priced me about 900 to repair that one. I said no went and picked up the axel myself for 255 dollars and when I got back to put it in myself now both wheel wells on my truck and everything was covered in grease that was not there when my truck was on the lift or before it. So now 255 in on both sides when I call customer service to complain they put me on hold and hang up on me, then they call back and hang up. Long story short they tore my cv boots because they didn't like the fact I worked on my own truck. Take your business elsewhere. Just cause there open Saturdays doesn't mean you'll get it done right. Update they called me back and put me on hold for an additional 40 minutes to then hang up again. Their corporate don't care they're taking advantage of people
