They actually make buying or leasing a vehicle an easy, straightforward, and very pleasant experience!!! Big shout out to Mike, Brayden & Brent for helping me get into my new Corrolla Cross!!! Thank you for going above & beyond!!! The service department is exceptional to work with as well! They are super friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and timely with their maintenance & repairs. They have never in over 25 years pushed any repairs on me that I didn't need. The waiting room is very comfortable with a TV, fireplace, comfy seating, free coffee & water and vending machines available for snacks. This experience was very different, the salesman that assisted us was Theo Marshall. Theo was knowledgeable, helpful, and professional; there was nothing that phased him, even when we pressured the heck out of him. We had an issue with our trade in, that had developed at another dealership, where they were not entirely honest. The team at Rusty Wallace Toyota went above and beyond to have that problem resolved, prior to our purchase. We would like to thank Theo first and foremost, as well as the general manager, the used car managers, the finance manager, and the service department manager.
