- BRBrooke RayJan 2, 20261.0if i could leave 0 stars i would. “Molly” is the rudest person i have encountered and i work in customer service myself. told me I had to drive two hours to go get the rental car and take it to a different location just to call me three days later (today) and tell me she never said that and then try charging my card $110 Saying that the vehicle hadn’t been returned, etc. Meanwhile, I had spoke to the other enterprise at the different location who advised her they could have came and gotten the vehicle and they checked it back in the day i returned it and took me back to my car. the bristol location is absolutely fantastic and phenomenal with their customer service and went above and beyond for me. i have dealt with enterprise countless time and this morristown location is absolutely horrible with the worst employees.

When we arrived, still on hold, we saw 3 employees present, one of whom was actually working. When we tried to call to get details of when the rental needed to be returned, again, no one answered the phone. In person, they were great. Communication is necessary. Please answer the phones.

My car was perfect and it was a great drive! I really appreciate all of their help! I would definitely recommend this location.
