One was replaced a few weeks ago in Georgia, but the other wasn't and eventually failed. He was very friendly and super helpful in explaining that BOTH batteries need to be in good condition to start a diesel engine and that they probably should have been replaced at the same time. He was able to get a new battery installed within a half-hour and we were on our way!

She stated that it had been returned 4 to 5 times to their customer service phone number that I called. She could not produce a copy of the history. Their customer service department couldn’t see it either. We agreed that I would come to the store instead to properly handle my problem. They warranted my battery had me out the door in three minutes or less and stated that my transaction went right through and they had no idea what Eva was talking about either. Thanks guys for handling my issue and taking good care of me unlike the other store.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle.
