    I went into the store today with my battery. It tested bad. It was still within the replacement period. Eva the store manager would not honor my warranty stating that my battery had been returned. I tried to explain to her that was not the case which she was having no part of. I went into the parking lot and called their customer service corporate phone number. I explained to the man there what was going on and he asked if I would wait on hold while he called the store because he could not see anything except where I had purchased the battery on his end. I waited on hold for about five minutes while he talked to the store. When he returned to the line, he said he was going to have to escalate my case to a district manager because he had been told by Eva that my battery had been returned 4 to 5 times. I went back into the store and ask for a copy of the transaction history. Conveniently, Eva could not produce this history. So the customer service rep couldn’t see it nor could I. Infuriated I called their customer service line back. The lady, I spoke to could not see anything that Eva was talking about either. We then decided that I would go to their store on Morris Boulevard. I went to the Morris Boulevard store where my battery warranty was handled and I was out the door within three minutes. The guy there also stated that my transaction went right through and he had no idea what Eva was talking about either. My suggestion would be go to Morris Boulevard or go somewhere else. Obviously, Eva doesn’t have a clue what good customer service is. Perhaps Eva needs to attend a Basic Instruction To Customer Handling Educational Seminar for managers like her.

    I have never had a bad experience at advance auto ,and they have actually looked at my car and told me exactly what I needed.
