She’s very knowledgeable about the organization and the benefits that’s offered to the customer. I told her I couldn’t afford the high mileage oil which is $99.99 plus tax and she reassured me that the standard oil $79.99 was still a great choice of oil and it’s their top seller. Additionally, she asks me a few questions to make sure I was taking advantage of their customer reward program by informing me about their coupons and discounts. She advised that I check my email for any coupons Valvoline may have offered me, which was a 20% discount I took advantage of. My total went from $88 to $68. She then offered other services: Transmission flush, Radiator flush, tag lights, and etc. The young lady’s customer service never changes and for that I will continue to give this organization my business. She an elite employee who should seek a higher position with great compensation because she deserves it. Great job!
