  I’ve been a member for a few years now. I love that I can go to multiple locations. Sylvia is always friendly when guiding me and other cars into the car wash and helpful when needing something at the vacuums.

  Aileen was wonderful and was able to help me with all of my questions! She has a great personality! I’ll continue to come to the Mt. Moriah location because of her. It sucks that the cost is increasing.

  Great for cleaning pollen, not helpful with bug guts. Nicely colorful experience going thru car wash tunnel and pollen washes away easily. However, bug guts remained aplenty after two successive trips thru tunnel. We paid $27 for highest valued car wash option at 10:25am on a Monday. We were reluctantly allowed to go thru tunnel twice after we asked about tremendous amount of debris still on front of vehicle from the initial roll thru. The complimentary self-detail section is stocked with a cart of spray bottles divided between interior and exterior sprays and a few small stacks of microfiber cloths. And it was at one of those bays with those cloths and bottles my spouse was I spent 35minutes manually scrubbing dozens and dozens of bug guts from the windshield, hood, head lamps, front grille and backside of sideview mirrors - very grateful there was two of us, aghast we paid so much for such little pretty tunnel results. Our 4 year old granddaughter was an angel in the backseat carseat but we were not impressed given we were in from out of town to visit her and help her mom. We kept apologizing to her and were grateful temps were still below 65° while we worked. Take 5 vacuums were plenty strong but missing hoses from 50% of self-detail stations. Turned out vacuum at our detail station had too short of hose to reach opposite side of our small suv Chevy Trax so we had to pull car out to back it in to get the other half. Overall, I'll maintain Take 5 car wash is very efficient removing pollen dust and maybe road salt from a dirty vehicle but against bug guts, not at all worth the money or time. If I had do overs I'd try my luck elsewhere or at very least buy their cheapest selection
