- LJLondyn Johnson1 day ago1.0Horrible. The only glide express in Memphis that doesn’t have cleaning supplies for the members. No window cleaner no Fabulosa. Demeria sits in the office all day the only time she comes out is to talk to the men customers. Very disappointed will not be back

Additionally, when I asked to speak with a manager, the woman employee who called the authorities gave me “Matthew Ballard,” or chop which I know to be incorrect. I have been a member for two years and haven’t had any problems until this young woman arrived. I will be formally escalating this matter to ensure it is properly reviewed and resolved. I have Emailed customer service with no response. I have video documentation of members pulling and out of the car wash without purchasing a wash and yet the authorities was called on me. I am requesting a follow up immediately this is now a civil matter through MPD
