  The Enterprise on Union sucks but the airport enterprise staff went above and beyond to get me the perfect rental for the weekend.

  The customer service on pickup was great. Quick. I was in and out. KEY was my rep. she was really nice and informative. This is the Union location. Very busy street traffic, however, a traffic light is located right at this location so getting in and out of traffic was not difficult.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. Worst Enterprise experience ever. I travel often for work and usually use Enterprise on Centennial Drive, which I 100% recommend. This location was closer to my hotel, so I decided to use it today—biggest mistake. My appointment was at 6, and I arrived at 5:45. The man behind the counter was playing on his phone and was told by the manager to help me. He repeatedly told me that they closed at 6. He also told other customers in the parking lot that they were closed and not helping them. I took an Uber to the location. I’ve never used a credit card to book my rental cars; I always use my debit card. I also have an account with Enterprise with all my information attached. When he told me I needed a credit card, I explained I didn’t bring one. He said they couldn’t help me and told me to get out of the car. I explained I had a work trip and needed a car, but he said they were closing and he wasn’t going to help me. He then went inside, grabbed his stuff, got in his car, and left. He did mention I could go to the airport and get a car, but they were sold out, and I would need to call every 30 minutes to see if they might get one. Two women came out of the store, and when I asked to speak to the manager, they told me they were the managers. When I explained what happened, all they could do was apologize. As someone who rents from Enterprise at least once a month, I will make sure I never use this location, nor will anyone in my company. Worst service ever.

  I never made it past the initial intake process because the sales agent kept asking me my name (at least 5 times) 🙄 When I spoke with him on the phone, he seemed nice enough and I looked forward to doing business with him. But, once I arrived, I realized that the one & only thing he cared about was making a sale. He immediately took me to an almost $200/day Jeep. Tacked on their pre-fuel charge without asking, along with a lot of fast talking that I'm sure he felt would distract me. Every concern or objection I had was ignored. Needless to say, I walked out without vehicle but the biggest ICK! Not to mention, I called back the next day to see if they had a vehicle I actually wanted that would suit my comfort level & I was told by the associate "no, we don't have that" only for them immediately turn around & say "my reservation team will make you an appointment". Appointment for what?? 🤔 I've never seen a place act so desperate for business.

  One of the worst branches from enterprise. I had to wait for around an hour just to get serviced, because there was a line of 12+ people and only one or two people working at the desk. They were low on cars, and I had to wait an extra 20 minutes until they cleaned a newly returned car. Never had problems before with them, but when I got the car, it reeked of smoke and weed, was dirty and had a low air on one of the tires…so much for “clean and sanitised.” I had to take it, because I couldn’t wait another hour, but it definitely wasn’t worth the money or the wait.
