  I came to pick up my car that was reserved only to be informed they did not have any cars after waiting an unreasonable amount of time. Not only could they not transfer my reservation to a different location, they were unwilling to give me a shuttle to another enterprise. I spent more money on ubering to get a rental than the actual reservation itself. It was poor customer service and I dont reccomend them to anyone.

  No stars for Enterprise. Went through three cars before I could chose one due to the offensive smell of marijuana in all the cars they offered. You would think they would have the capability of using an ozone machine to remove the stench. They should charge the clients that are renting their cars and smoking in them to professionally clean and remove the horrible stench.

  Amazing support, especially from Christian and Brandon! They found me the perfect vehicle! Very satisfied with the staff, car options, and help I received.
