  Worst customer service all of the staff needs to be fired and retrained!! The manager attitude is horrible she was so mad with the customers that she and the employee Heaven at the front dest started fighting she literally pulled the girl hair I would never rent here! Check the camera on last Thursday 4/16/26 They even lie and say they don't do same day rentals but hey this Memphis mane

  Upon receiving the vehicle, I immediately noticed that the check engine light was already on and the tire pressure warning light repeatedly kept coming on during my drive. Being placed in a vehicle with active warning indicators is both unprofessional and unsafe. What made this situation even more frustrating was that when I contacted staff regarding the issue, I was informed that I could not switch the vehicle out at the airport location. As a customer, I should never be expected to continue driving a vehicle that is clearly indicating mechanical issues. This experience has significantly impacted my trust in the level of care and safety your company provides to its customers. Renting a vehicle should come with the assurance that the car has been properly inspected and is safe to operate. Because of this experience, I will not be renting through your company again. I hope this complaint is taken seriously and that steps are taken to ensure other customers are not placed in similar situations.

  Overall, I had a great experience renting from this location while my car was in the shop. My husband and I have had less positive experiences with Enterprise in the past, but this location really exceeded our expectations. The only downside was the wait time; we had a scheduled pickup but still waited about 40 minutes before receiving the car. However, once we got it, everything went smoothly. The vehicle drove well and we didn’t run into any issues during our rental period. The tire pressure light was on, but after checking, all the tires seemed perfectly fine, so it may have just been a sensor or manufacturing issue. Overall, a solid experience!
