So, after the rain passed, we had paid $16 for a wash primarily to use the vacuum without feeling guilty about it, only to find out they're all turned off. Attendant said he didn't know when he could turn them back on.

I was charged $10 a month for 3 months then the fee raised to $35 I caught the second charge of $35 on my account. Filed a complaint and blocked the company from my card. Do not use this company they are scam artists. (In total it was $100) and was told it was a $10 for unlimited washes for a month. When done they took the sticker off my car. And still got charged for months. *update* Zips contacted me and said that they automatically sign people up for memberships without informing guests. They say it's on. Receipt that I never received. This auto membership feature is a scam. They shouldn't be able to do this. It is easily designed to be a scam system. Never use this company.
- AHApril HarrisSep 9, 20211.0I pay monthly for this service and it is closed more than it’s open. The location on highway 64 here in Lakeland/Memphis Tennessee was just closed on Monday. It should have closed by 8 however sometime around 5-5:30 it closed. This is totally unacceptable and defeats the purpose of having a monthly fee. I only use it for washing my car because the vacuum service won’t pick up lit. Terrible I am adding this review to yelp and any other page.
