I go to Valvoline on Union Avenue and the guy walks up, scans my Vin Number, and I wait. I waited at this location for over an hour. Busy Friday, it was expected. As I approach the garage to get my oil change, another young man walks up to my truck, “Ma’am we don’t have your filter, so we cannot do your oil change. I don’t know why they didn’t tell you, we knew this already”. His exact response!!!! Huh? Wait what? He actually said that out loud…So as the last car in the line, initially, I could’ve been told this upon arrival, and left. They wait until I’m next in line, and after waiting over an hour, to tell me they cannot do my oil change. I always have a great customer experience at Valvoline, but this experience has me thinking about switching over. It’s not only the wait, but the lack of compassion for the customer.. not even “We apologize for the inconvenience… I mean nothing.. He just walks away and another young man directed me out of the garage. Well alright…. Horrible
