    Tire Choice Auto Hacks Cross Rd, Memphis, TN On 1/23/26 I purchased what I believed was a new tire for my BMW, but later noticed the DOT number showed it was manufactured in 2022. This was not disclosed, yet the tire was sold at a premium price. Had I known it was an older new tire, I would have made a different decision. Service was quick, but transparency was lacking, there were no customer amenities in cold conditions and the restroom was unavailable for a long period of time occupied by an employee. I left feeling taken advantage of and unfortunately will not return to this location. Overall, the lack of transparency was disappointing, and I’m sharing this so others can make an informed decision.

    Could not ask for a better service Technician than Mr. Lesser, was the guy during both visits during a 1 week period. 1st visit was for a pair of new tires & a free alignment check. It was recommended to replace the lower control arm/balljoint assembly before getting the front end wheel alignment for my truck which had loosness/free play to the steering system. On my 2nd visit, I came back for the alignment & decided to add an oil change. I decided it's definitely not broke with Mr. Lesser as my service technician & same with the CS rep at the service desk. They're honest & the front end was either fully fixed the 1st time or not at all.. I had the same 2 guys on both Visits.. This was also the only shop I knew of that offers the higher end all season tires (cooper endeaver) for my full size truck. I wanted to match the rear tires I already had. It looks like I got a no-doubt-about-it legitimate fix with nobody trying to sell me something I don't need.. A+ to technician Mr. Lesser & whoever the CS rep was for both my Visits.
