I got there at 10 till - shop hours are 8-5 and guy doesn’t show up until 7:05. He then told me it would take a lot longer the site estimate. He was the only person in the shop and it was clear that he really didn’t want to work on my car per the appointment and time estimate. The customer service agent was just as bad and argued with me about canceling my appointment. It was just a terrible experience. Avoid it if you can. UPDATE - Ended up at Caliber - downtown location - the next day. Really great experience. Highly recommend.

The day of the replacement I received a text from "Mike" telling me my new windshield was scratched & they'd reschedule. After several days, no one called to reschedule. I stopped by to inquire, and there waa one person working in the entire building. He was answering phones & trying to work on windows. I left my phone number sp someone would give me a call regarding replacement. More days went by and no one called. Since I did not delete Mike, I texted him asking for an update, but he did not respond. I called customer service and asked for another location to handle my insurance claim/replacement. Prayerfully, Covington Pike will not give me the runaround when I take my car there in a few days! If so, I'll tell my insurance company & Mercedes that they need a new service provider expeditiously!!

My insurance recommended these guys, and the experience was perfect. I got a same day appointment. I showed up a little early and my windshield was repaired and ready to go 10 minutes after my appointment time!!! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They took care of everything with my insurance company, and I left with a receipt with a $0 total. Thanks again!
