Well let me start by saying this place is trash..The young black woman at the front desk is RUDE and the older white lady isn't any better...I will never use this place ever again..I had my windshield replaced first of all this was my first time using this place mind you I needed my top glass replaced also (Tesla) but I wanted whomever did my windshield do my top as well I wanted to be one and done...But I was told well Safelite is going to do your windshield and we will let this other place do your top but they insist they're doing the windshield so I just rolled with it..Well they put my windshield in and I know that you have to calibrate it..So my windows isn't functioning properly and Safelite customer service reached out to this particular location and put me on the call with them....And I stated my issue...She said we didn't touch your windows so that doesn't have anything to do with us...Well customer service reached back out to me and said yes it does...We'll send a tech out to fix the issue...Kudos to customer service!!

My Mercedes' windshield was cracked from one side to the other. It looked terrible, and I could not see when the sun hit the crack in the right place. The cameras had to be recalibrated, which was difficult, but Matthew made it happen. He was patient, professional, and knew his stuff. Ask for him at the Covington Pike location. He will get you back on the road looking good and seeing great! Thanks Matthew and the Safelite team

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AND THERE ISN’T A CORPORATE # AND THEY’RE NOT EVEN ACCREDITED WITH BBB.Had the worst experience with this company and location. Needed my windshield replaced, went in for appt. go and get in my car to leave and notice a cover that goes around my rear view mirror scratched up and chips of the plastic broken.I bring that to the attention of people there they say they will replace.I asked one of the techs what he used and he pulls a metal screwdriver out of his pocket. ( A metal screwdriver and hard plastic isn’t going to go to well). As I leave and am driving I notice some distortion in my windshield and later on noticed where someone how outlined (what looks like a scratch) something on the windshield.I took a pic of it and showed the GM there and said right away she knew what that was (a defective windshield that should’ve been sent back and not used). They also tore up my headliner in my car that I know will eventually fall. I have been going back and forth with this company and their so called customer care number to no avail. For 2 months. I haven’t received a single phone call from this company in regards to what’s going on or just a courtesy phone call to let me know anything (supposedly my rear view mirror cover is discontinued) which no one called to let me know they waited til I came back for 2nd appt to replace windshield again and then tell me that can’t get it. Needless to say waste of my time because I wanted it all changed at one time I don’t live close by. Went in there yesterday and waited 3 hours trying to get a refund and wanting to be compensated for the damage they have caused to be told I could go to this place they recommend to fix my headliner and they found my mirror cover but yet it takes me going up there to get anything done. Told Jamie I didn’t want him or this company touching my vehicle anymore I want my money back and all they want to do is refund what I paid for a defective windshield. Not a happy customer and will be reaching out to an attorney. After all of this still no one has reached out to me not even the DM. There is NO customer service anymore.

My wife's 2020 BMW X3 sDrive30i recently took a direct hit to the windshield from what looked like a large rock kicked up by an 18-wheeler on the interstate. Unfortunately, the damage was beyond repair and the entire windshield had to be replaced. Scheduling the service through Safelite’s website was quick and easy, and everything after that went just as smoothly.
The technician arrived at our home about four days later, well within the appointment window, actually earlier than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. He was incredibly friendly and professional, explained the entire process before starting, and had everything wrapped up in under two hours. The new windshield looks perfect, and best of all, there wasn’t a single scratch or scuff left on the interior or exterior of the car.
We’ve been using Safelite for years now, and this experience just reinforced why. Great service, excellent workmanship, and a process that’s always easy to navigate. We’ll definitely continue to rely on them for any future glass repair or replacement needs.

Well where do I begin.
First trip was a total waste because when I got there the windshield they had for me had scratches on it. So they had to order a new one and make a new appointment the following week. This could have been avoided if they had examined the windshield before I arrived and called and told me not to come. But apparently they don’t get the windshields in until the morning of the appointment.
The second time I went, they called me after we left and said they could not do it because the “OBD Port” had been cut and they needed it to be there for the recalibration. So I immediately said I’m sure that has something to do with the Killswitch and they acted like no that can’t be it. So then I called Infiniti and they said yes that’s what it is and they told me to call Sound Waves to get specific instructions on what to tell them. Mind you they just told me it had been cut and to come pickup my truck. Sound Waves helped and told me what to say as did Infiniti. They finally figured it out and installed the new windshield.
They also put new windshield wipers on that I asked for and was going to pay $80 for but I asked her to comp them which she did because of the come back a second time fiasco. Well the free windshield wipers were faulty and we found out in the middle of a monsoon on a road trip.
When we got back from the road trip, my mobile detailer came to clean the truck and shows me where the raggedy windshield wiper had scratched the front of the windshield they installed. And there is some kind of sticker residue on the inside of the windshield that we scrubbed with everything we had and it won’t come off.
So I called and they said they would replace it under a warranty claim. I made an appointment for the same week. When I get there, the NEW windshield they had in the shop to put in had a crack in it! They didn’t install it. I left and told them I didn’t want to work with Safelite anymore and I wouldn’t be making another appointment.
I will say everyone there was very professional and helpful. The issues here are obviously larger systemic issues, such as why their glass distributors keep sending damaged windshields and why they don’t get them until the morning of the appointment and make calls to let people know not to make a trip for nothing.
