So much for Quick Trips policy of being a “Safe space and anti harassment”
- LMLaurie MastyJan 18, 20265.0First of all, you did it properly on this new store, QT! Excellent job on your 2nd shift hires! I was just in the store 1/18 around 1800, after a long day of driving from Wichita, KS and was ready to call it a day. I parked my rig and went inside. I stopped at the restroom which was clean and very well stocked. After coming out of the restroom and making my way to the interior of the store, a young ladies voice came bellowing out, "Welcome to QT!" Having been a District Manager at one of your competitimg C-Store chains, that was music to my ears! I was smiling from ear to ear! After doing my quick shopping (and of course analyzing the planograms, fronting and facing and overall cleanliness of the store, by nature!) I asked one of the clerks if it was ok to park my semi truck along the curb. She answered my question and was super friendly! She commenced to interacting with all of her customers as if they were old time friends! (My apologies that I didn't get her name!) But she was fantastic and such a great face for QT! I had ordered something on the kiosk from the kitchen, and the 2 gals working the kitchen were fantastic! Their synergy was perfectly in step! I did ask their names, and it was Jada and Kaley (my apologies if I misspelled or messed up the names!) You have an awesome staff on your hands Whitten Rd QT! Those 3 girls are future management and I hope the current Store Managers and DM's are willing to mold and shape these gals!' To QT, Jada, Kaley, and the wonderful young lady that was on the register, my hat goes off to you all! Thank you for making a clean and safe place for us OTR truckers in the Memphis area! Kuddos to you QT, and to those gals who made my night on 2nd shift! Keep Memphis safe QT!
