I used to find the staff friendly, and most are. Unfortunately, there is one employee that is rude each time I go. She is a heavy-set AA lady with box braids. When I last went in, I was in need of Poweball tickets and the lady practically hollered a rushed me as if she felt I was slow. She asked the same questions over and over and at the end didnt even bring what I asked for. I started the transaction being polite but ended up showing that I match energy towards the end. I will not be back. Tok bad since I use to really like stopping by.
