His name is Curtis. Upon returning our rental car today, my husband, was experiencing significant pain due to a severe back issue. Curtis immediately recognized his discomfort and, without hesitation, offered to personally drive us and our three cumbersome suitcases directly to the terminal entrance, saving us a long and painful walk. The drive itself was pleasant, featuring a fun discussion about the success of the Ole Miss football program, as we had been in town for a game. However, his thoughtfulness didn't end there. Upon arrival at the terminal, Curtis quickly jumped out and assisted us with all of our luggage, ensuring we made it safely and easily inside. In that moment, he truly felt like an angel. My husband and I are both Emerald Club members and we rent regularly from National at the Memphis airport. We have encountered Curtis before, most recently about two weeks ago, and he was helpful and pleasant then as well. Curtis is a professional, compassionate gentleman and a tremendous asset to the National team. His empathy and willingness to provide such personalized assistance have earned my complete loyalty, and National will be my go-to choice from now on. He deserves to be highly commended for his service.
