When I say this business went above amd beyond I mean that, I was coming home from a family vacation when my vehicle went down without warning saying "ecs not working, engine power reduced ⚠️" I ended up getting towed back to memphis and this was one the place my warranty was accepted. After taking to midas they found that my cylinder was bad and that my warranty would be accepted, but after taking 2 engine out and putting 2 in they sourced a more expensive engine without overcharging me. It's almost like a new car. I'm so happy and excited, that they will get all my business... oil changes and etc from now on. Looking for people that care then you have found the right spot.

I took my van in 3 times for a heat problem. He tried to give every excuse not to repair it. I reported the issue to customer service 4 times and nobody returned my call. I picked it up today after sitting there for 4 days and I am taking it somewhere else. I reported this to the BBB and Yelp. The email address is invalid
