I was particularly thankful there was no loud talking or music playing. The main drawback was the excessive cost breakdown. A labor charge of $494 next to $242 for parts was shocking to me (and my father), especially after I researched the work(no, I didn't have it done). It definitely makes me feel that better prices can be found elsewhere. If necessary, I would return for select services, but future visits would require comparing costs carefully.
- DDDimaNov 4, 20251.0it's a funny story: I booked an appointment to get a tire replaced which is under warranty and get my oil change. It took an hour and a half. They never replaced the tire and Miss Christy told me it was good to go. The next morning the tire was flat. I took it back in again, having to take time away from work, this time when I booked the appointment with Chris the manager, it was to get two tires replaced under warranty; the one with the leak and another one which they had identified the day prior as having a bubble. Took about an hour this time. They replaced the tire with the leak and then another tire on the other side of the vehicle which was perfectly fine! I shudder to think of the hiring process to become a mechanic at this shop. When I didn't want to pay the $191 Chris tried to charge me for labor he said I was "taking food out of his grandchildren's mouths". In the end I left only paying with time away from work, the $75 for the oil change and a tire which I didn't need. Excellent work, team!
