  I had reasonable experiences here replacing 4 tires in early 2023 and, initially, replacing 2 on 2/25/26. Within 5 days of the recent tire replacement, one tire developed a significant side wall bulge despite the fact that I had barely driven the car and had not encountered any significant potholes or other hazards when I did. When I tried to discuss this with the crew, they were extremely dismissive and refused to acknowledge that this might be a manufacture defect issue instead of me hitting something. I paid over $400 for the first two tires, $259 for a tow to have the bulge addressed because the tire was clearly unsafe to drive on, and an additional $62 for the labor on a replacement tire - over $700 in the span of 6 days, as I observed the bulge for the first time on a Sunday when the business was not open. I was incredibly disappointed in the attitudes I was met with - as well as behavior I observed in one mechanic who did not seem to be paying adequate attention to pedestrian traffic in the business’s lot - and the amount of money it took to address a clear danger in a virtually unused, 5-day old tire.

  Goodyear on Union Ave is the best mechanic shop I have ever been to. If there's something wrong with your vehicle they will go above and beyond to fix it. They treat people with respect and have a genuine desire to make customers happy. I have been to many automobile service stations and most of them are rude and unreliable. The mechanics at Goodyear on Union Ave are knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I will definitely keep doing business with them.

  Saved us after our tire blew out headed to Christmas in Florida. In and out in under an hour on a very busy day and with a great attitude. Thanks to Preston and Javier and merry Christmas

  I had the pleasure of interacting with Peanut and Kyle at this Goodyear location. Both of them exuded great personalities and demonstrated exceptional customer service. Despite my initial concerns about a faulty tire and rim, they were honest and upfront with me. Instead of attempting to exploit the situation, as some shops do, they directly informed me that my tires were in good condition. The real issue was with my rim. They even provided valuable advice on selecting the right tires when I purchase them independently. It’s evident that the staff at this Goodyear location genuinely cares about treating customers fairly and with respect, rather than solely focusing on making quick sales. Their fairness and hospitality truly set them apart. If you’re in the vicinity of Union Avenue, I highly recommend visiting this shop. They’ll treat you like family and ensure you leave satisfied.
