  OMG..I just had an Awesome encounter with, Mr. Dominic Temple, service advisors at the Good Year Auto Service location here in Memphis at their 6791 E. Shelby Drive location. Who went far above and beyond the call of duty; to provide Exceptional Curteous and Considerate Customer Service, while ensuring that my auto care needs were properly diagnosed and swiftly completed. Thank you again Mr. Temple on an Outstanding Job Very Well Done!!!!🥳🥳

  Just wanted to leave one of your employees Nick a review today. I had a flat tire and stopped by the shop and asked if they could plug it, he said it was going to be a long wait time so I went to leave. As I pulled off he asked me if he could air up my tire for me and also helped me find a tire shop up the road that can help me. You have a valuable asset in this employee!!!

  Absolutely the WORST service!! They tell you that they scheduled you for an appointment, show up at the appointment time, no appointment on their books. Talk to a different person about an appointment, show up for that appointment only to be told it’ll be a 90 minute wait because someone else is ahead of me. If you don’t want me as a customer, just say so. Even though you sold me the extra protection.
