  My wife & I have been members here for a long time now. We have tried every car wash around and glide Xpress is by far the best!! We have 2 memberships, my truck and my wife's suv. It cleans our vehicles by far better than any other. Also, the staff are very knowledgeable and extremely friendly! We highly recommend glide Xpress and will be members here as long as they continue their exceptional service!! The location we use is Hwy. 64 in Bartlett. Keep up the great work!!

  Well I pay every month for your best wash package and every time I go as soon as I go to pull in they hit a button so I don’t get the first rain of soap and tire cleaning brushes don’t work most of the time so I am at a point to where I am going to cancel it is unexceptionable so I sit and watch but the people who pay for every wash get it then most of the time I have to go through 2 times to get my truck clean..

  Service is very fast. No one trying to get you to buy extra services. Attendants always there and are ready to help answer your questions. Car wash is always full of detergents and is very powerful. They have strong vacuums and air dispensers to clean your interior as well as damp towels to wipe off seats, glass, dashboard, etc. There is also a carpet mat cleaning machine that is free to use. One car wash will almost pay for entire year. You can run through as many times as you want per year when you join. Also there is a special entrance for members so no waiting.

  I enjoy getting my car washed there and using the floor mat washer. I have to tell them EVERY TIME DO NOT PUT TAPE ON MY REAR WINDSHIELD WIPER because it looks tacky. My complaint is that I requested in December at the Bartlett location that my plan be dropped to the $25/mth plan and was still charged the $32/month plan in January AND AGAIN in February. If they refund the money and set the plan correctly, I will raise it to 5 stars.

  I took my Honda SUV to the Glide location on 64 Bartlett on Thursday February 5th to get a wash after all the snow. I paid 24.00 for a wash. Brought my car back home and parked in the garage. Took my care out on Friday for an appointment and when I looked in the rear view mirror the back glass was completely still in touched. Grime still there! When I returned home I examined the rear of my care more closely and the wash didn’t even meet in the back. There was visible spray of something like wax but it was still dirty. Today Sunday February 8th I took my care back to Glide car wash and told the gentleman what had happened. He said “why didn’t you bring it back that same day?” I shouldn’t have to bring it back period! He said “ I can’t just give you another wash free”. What? Your service was NOT satisfactory and did not clean my vehicle! Please do not use this car wash. They will not make it right if your car does not get clean!
