  My experience with enterprise truck rental on Brooks Road in Memphis, TN was gorgeous the people on both side are very professional which I had the pleasure to speak with.

  I reserved a car for a 8 AM pick up. When I came, I had to wait 40 minutes for it. When I finally got the car, she asked me to do the walk around and it looks good. When I drove around 30 miles gasoline, the lamp went on indicating that my fuel was low. I was very surprised because the car rentals always gave the tank full. I filled up for $38. Right before I brought the car I filled up the tank again , because that’s what is always asked of the car rental company company. When I brought the car back and told them of the issue, the gentleman verified that the gas tank was half full when I got it. He said that they can reimburse it on the next time but I wanted a refund right away. So when he came and asked his manager, the manager said that they do not refund for extra fuel and refused to pay back.
