Little did I know at the time that Wayne and Raven would become my most favorite customer service reps ever! It has been such a long journey as I had rented from June 27th until 10/27. From day 1 the entire process was painless and easy! There was no hassle or stress at any point while I was in my rental. A neighbor even drove down my street and hit the rental and I was put into another rental with no issues. Wayne and Raven took such good care of me and made my experience personal! They really are amazing and I am grateful for them both! They made my experience the best ever and made it hard to have to turn in the rental! I enjoyed seeing them and chatting with them! Great customer service just doesn’t exist in Memphis anymore but Wayne and Raven gave me the best experience ever! Thanks so much Wayne and Raven! You guys really are the best! I will not hesitate to rent from enterprise in the future if I need a rental!
