- KPKimberly PetroskiFeb 18, 20263.0I scheduled my pick up on the Saturday prior to the Wednesday that I intended to rent for 9am. Admittedly, I ran behind and showed up closer to 11am. I was initially addressed by Wayne, who was incredibly rude. He had his feet up on the desk, in my face when he called me over, as if sitting up properly was too much of a bother. He said they’d tried to reach out the day prior to let me know that no luxury cars were available, which was fine. He then said it would be a while because I was late, which, again, totally fine. He said he had to finish up with the call he was on and walked off, slamming the door behind him. Monroe was on a call at the time but the second that he was done, he addressed me properly and was extremely helpful in letting me know what was happening. Apparently, they were not only out of luxury cars, but all cars, so someone was being sent to Southaven to pick them up. He explained it would be at least an hour but I could either wait there or be driven home by an associate. He ended up redirecting me to the other Poplar location where I was able to receive a car quickly. I did have to backtrack once arriving at home due to the plate being expired but the young ladies at this location were more than happy to get the proper plates on. I was in an out very quickly. Overall, decent experience. Wayne’s attitude needs some serous work but Monroe and the other employees were fantastic.
