Upon returning the car to the Memphis airport, I left my iPad under the drivers seat. After I got to my gate, I realized it was missing. Mariah, one of the most positive and kind employees I’ve met, helped me figure this issue out. I went running back to the rental car return and after being directed in directions that didn’t work, I finally talked with Mariah and she solved the problem immediately. I was very impressed and only have good things to say about Mariah and enterprise!

The inventory all around memphis is very low around halloween, so I went to the memphis airport even though my reservation was at another branch and malik, and mary get a seven out of five stars for customer service! There were no premium full size SUVs available and they were able to put me in a premium full size pickup truck, which is exactly what I wanted and was unable to get at the other branch, Malik and Mary and team, 7 out of 5 stars!!! I have to also add Tony, Devin, Christina who save the day ass well!!! Thank you so much! HAPPY HALLOWEEN 🎃 SG
