    Bad customer services, I had a reservation made 5 days in advance and when I came to pick the car up, they told they don’t have any available. And they didn’t give me any solution. They play with my time, and have to delayed and change my trip.

    I was having trouble with finding an SUV reservation and I was connected a few different times to the call center and they ended up connecting me with this location. The East Memphis location on poplar and White station and the gentleman I spoke with Brendan was very rude and very unhelpful.

    Justin was very helpful even tho I did not get my rental from this location he was still very nice and polite and did his best to help me out. I usually go to this location and I was reminded very fast why I love this location and the poplar one. I will never betray them again...this location is always fast and has great customer service! they are worth the extra few minutes of travel.
