    Traveling close to a holiday weekend, we knew cars would sell out quickly, which is why we booked weeks in advance. We even called the day before to confirm the reservation. When we showed up, not only did they not have ANY car, they were extremely rude and refused to call other locations to help locate a car for us.

    Bad customer services, I had a reservation made 5 days in advance and when I came to pick the car up, they told they don’t have any available. And they didn’t give me any solution. They play with my time, and have to delayed and change my trip.

    I was having trouble with finding an SUV reservation and I was connected a few different times to the call center and they ended up connecting me with this location. The East Memphis location on poplar and White station and the gentleman I spoke with Brendan was very rude and very unhelpful.
